Another exciting day today as my impulse buy from Cavan Sales arrived, hence the name Hope, (Hope I did the right thing!) 3year old mare by Ars Vivendi out of Mallard Flight (Diamond Serpent). She’s settled straight in, eaten her body weight in hay, drank lots, had a sleep and now munching away happily in the field. She seems to have a lovely nature, she’s going to chill for a month in the field whilst I’m super busy with the other horses and then her journey will begin, so watch this space.
